Ac amat sangat tidak dingin, sudah pindah 3 kamar namun sama saja, semua ac tidak dingin. Air panas seringkali tidak berfungsi. Bantal bau. Selimut bau. Saluran pembuangan kamar mandi ada yang tidak berfungsi alias mampet.

The room was really hot even though the AC was already at 16 ° C. I had stayed there before and ordered via the app and was directed to the same room and the AC was on but it wasn't cold.

The room is not soundproof, when there are guests in other rooms joking around it can be heard from our room, every time a train passes by it sounds very loud, so our sleep is disturbed, the music in the hallway is also too loud to the point that it can be heard from inside the room, the room's AC is not cold enough, the room feels hot, the room lighting also feels dim, we asked for 1 bed but were given a twin bed with the excuse that there were only a few available for 1 bed and it was full so we were a bit disappointed, even though when we checked in the parking lot it was still empty and only our car was there.

Thank you grand dian. Affordable price. Very good facilities. All staff are very friendly, the service is satisfying. The room is also clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Clean. Good service. Only facilities need to be improved, especially the swimming pool. Yesterday there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
