Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru

The location was somehow quite close to the city centre, yet the hotel's security system was good, as it was located in an area you may call an upperclass residential area, which the only access from/to hotel must be passing the portal, the security guard inspection, and a parking system. However, the hotel guest(s) could ask for a free parking at the receptionist. Speaking of the service, the hotel's staff were really polite, kind, helpful, and professional, from security guard(s), receptionist(s), the chef(s), even to the cleaning staff(s). I enjoyed the breakfast the hotel was serving a lot, they were so varied and tasty. I was also personally enjoying the gym, sauna, and swimming pool that had already included, as the hotel's facilities. Since I'm a gym rat myself, I gotta say that the gym machine(s) and facilities are somehow complete for continuing your workout routines. There were cardio machines, lat-pull, schmidt, bench and/or machines chest press, shoulder press, leg extension, leg press, cable fly, varied size of dumbbells, plates, and many more. It has also a quite big hall for you to do dance, yoga, and/or zumba, with the mat(s) provided. The gym was also provided us with sauna, in-gym bathroom, lockers, towel, and mineral water. Yet the swimming pool wasn't disappointing us either. No wonder they decided to open their gym membership to the public. Talking about the room, it was very spacious, cleaned, even the in-room bathroom facilities were good. Although the price was somehow affordable, this hotel gave you everything what a staycation asked for. In conclusion, this hotel was beyond my expectations. As I wrote this review, I have no negative feedback towards this hotel. Keep up the good work! 💪🏼😎

Good service, clean, comfortable, close to the mall, lots of places to eat around the hotel

The room is very spacious, wide, clean, complete and tidy, you can watch Netflix all day, the food is also delicious and varied.
