Berdasarkan pengalaman saya, ini hotel yang cukup mewah, dilihat dari segi harga, segi kenyamanan, dekat kemana-mana karena ada di tengah kota, dan untuk fasilitas di kamar hotel juga lengkap sesuai standar hotel. Cuma emang standar kenyamanan orang kan beda-beda ya, saya lihat komen-komen orang yang pernah nginep di sini tuh cuma kekurangan minor doang yang ada pada hotel ini yang disebut mereka dan itu hal yang wajar, toh ini hotel bintang 3 bukan bintang 5 jadi ya jangan ngarepin hotel bintang 3 seperti bintang 5 pastinya beda, dan selebihnya ini hotel nyaman ko nicee experience!

+ Fast check in & check out process. + Strategic location, near the station, lots of places to eat. + Spacious room (room no 120) + Fat pillow. + There is hot water even though it's been hot for a long time. - The lights in the room are dim, only there lamps near the bed and table. - Not clean enough, there are cobwebs on the walls. - Rain shower is rusty, slightly leaking. - In the bathroom there is no place to hang clothes & towels.

Very very disappointing stay at this hotel. Hot water doesn't work. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Spiders. AC leaked. Sheets and pillowcases also had holes. Complained about the hot water when just checking in. Already correct. Eh, the next morning it doesn't turn on at all. Long wait but no news. Finally took a shower with cold water and had a headache. :(. KAPOK!

Just checked in for about 10 minutes, really taking a break, eh, there is access that can open the room door, it's really opened, it's really bad, what do you mean? No more apologies, just leave. I'm really tired of not going there again.

The room that had been prepared, it turned out that the blanket was not replaced, it was dirty with spots, asked for a blanket to be replaced instead, it was moved to the next room which was smaller in size than the first. It turned out to be in the same condition. Thanks.

Kamar hotel bagus, tolong kamar tetap dijaga kebersihannya sebelum tamu karena di sudut-sudut tembok banyak debu yang tidak dibersihkan. Untuk kamar mandi tidak ada tempat untuk naro sabun dan shampo dan tolong ditingkatkan untuk kebersihannya terutama closet dan tembok-tembok nya. Harga kamar (exclude breakfast) dan harga kamar (include breakfast) terlampau jauh. Mohon diperhatikan dari sisi harga juga. Terima kasih. So far menginap di sini menyenangkan dan puas.

It's a bit narrow even though it's 26 meters wide. The bathroom is also small. But it's clean. Everything is fine. It's just that the officers are rich and unprofessional. But yes according to the price that is not expensive. It's worth it for those who are just taking a break.
