1 worker as a service and receptionist is very unhelpful, the room is not very clean, there is no bath kit, even for a towel you have to ask the receptionist, and you have to walk to the lobby because there is no direct telephone to the receptionist, the environment and outdoor AC are also noisy.

Room security is still lacking. Someone else entered wrong. My room even though my room was locked, so access to open the room using a card was still not safe and stable. One card can still be used in any room number. Please note.
