I felt very satisfied staying at the Grand Town Maros Hotel. Jam provides clean and comfortable rooms, also provides Waterboom facilities which are very popular with my children. I stayed with my wife and child with extra bad. Apart from the cool room and Waterboom facilities, the breakfast is also very varied and according to taste. The room was decent, but check-in was a bit slow. Some of the towels were already torn. Furthermore, the restaurant service was extremely slow; we had to wait about an hour and a half, and the food was cold. The amenities were worth it, as it had direct pool access. Luckily, I got a promotional price from the app, so for that price, I could stay with a direct pool view.

The hotel staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, and their luggage was carried to their room. A suggestion: perhaps breakfast could be moved up a bit, considering that people in transit have to leave very early in the morning so they can have time for breakfast. Overall, it's OK.

I apologize in advance, but the price I paid felt quite high even though the location is not in the city, it was not commensurate with the cleanliness. The bedroom was dirty, the sheets were full of stains, as if they hadn't been washed, the bathroom was quite dirty, especially the faucet. The sink was clogged. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future.

Hi, all the facilities are super cool except the toilet door in room 607 doesn't close properly, so those with toddlers need extra supervision to prevent them from running and slipping on the toilet floor. It can be fixed soon.

I deliberately stayed here because it was close to the airport, I like the hotel because it is close to the mall too, the wifi is fast, the food is varied and delicious for the price of 300s it is very worth it, the staff including the security guard are very friendly, the deposit is 200k so prepare cash, the room is not soundproof, the amenities are complete but the bathroom is clogged the water in the sink is also clogged so there is a slight unpleasant smell when entering the bathroom. Overall it is good but the water channel needs to be fixed, thx
