This is the first time my family and I have stayed at this Great Western Resort Hotel. Alhamdulillah, the hotel is comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and the location is strategic, my family and I can go around the city of Tangerang for culinary delights. And especially my child he was very happy and at home at the Great Western Resort Hotel until he refused to go home, my child was happy when swimming in the morning with cool and clean air, even now every weekend request to stay at GWR again, and I promise next month I invited to stay there again, because the child's happiness is number 1. Thanks GWR has made my child feel at home and have a happy holiday.

This is a good choice for your stay in Tangerang. It's strategically located near the Jakarta toll gate. However, the swimming pool is dirty and filthy, covered in moss, and the access is far from the rooms. However, the rooms are spacious and clean. Hopefully, they'll improve the facilities in the future to attract more visitors to stay here.

Parking is very limited downstairs. Parking in the enclosed shophouses requires moving. Security informed me that there's a parking area in P5, but I didn't go there because there was an empty parking lot downstairs.

The refrigerator wasn't cold when I first entered the room, and it had to be cold the next day. The bedroom nightlight wasn't working. The AC couldn't be adjusted for temperature or fan speed. The bedroom socket was blocked by the bed itself.

This isn't a hotel at all. The rooms and bathrooms smell awful. It's completely neglected. It's not suitable for renting to customers. There's a deposit at the front desk and paid parking.

I booked a 1 room with 2 bedrooms. I was initially greeted with a door handle that wouldn't open. I thought it would be serviced, but it turned out they only helped me get into the room, not replacing the unit. 2. The room didn't match the one in the photo. The room was very cramped, dirty, and didn't smell good. 3. There were no tissues available.
