location is not close to Malioboro, but close to several malls and hospitals. 2-storey guest house, the condition of the room is quite like at home, we rented 1 family room and 1 standard room, all on the 2nd floor, the family bathroom door hinges are broken and the wood is rotten, a bit difficult to close, no TV, towels, tissues, soap / shampoo. There is gallon drinking water and cutlery on the 1st floor. the living room is spacious and sofas are available on the 1st and 2nd floors. the staff are friendly, but we open and close the gate ourselves, the gate is very hard to open. in general if only to stay overnight after traveling around Yogya this guest house is quite okay, the price is cheap, hopefully the owner can upgrade in the future.

I'm so sorry. But it's different from the photo, right? The guard seemed to be in a hurry to serve you. The room smelled of dust, it seemed like if the window wasn't opened, it would be better not to close the door if there weren't any guests. It was really musty.

The staff is very friendly, standby for help. Clean kitchen equipment can be borrowed. Very comfortable, next time I want to come here again. 😁😁

The price is very friendly for a room containing 4 people. Cold air conditioning, spacious bathroom complete with shower tub with hot water, the caretakers are very friendly, there is a pavilion in the yard to enjoy the atmosphere in the countryside of Sleman. Close to several tourist objects in the center of Jogja City. Soon stay here again deh!

Sangat ga rekomen, pengurus sangat slow response, ga ada towel, ga ada alat mandi dan lain-lain, TV ga bisa nyala, shower rusak dan sobek di bagian selangnya, kamar mandi kadang kekunci sendiri dari dalam, experience yang paling ga enak pokoknya.

Persis kaya yang ada di foto. Super nyaman banget buat menginap bareng keluarga, apalagi kamar deluxenya juga top banget. Bersih, fasilitas lengkap dan berfungsi semua termasuk water heater dan kulkas. Meskipun masuk gang, tapi ga masalah sih karena akses mobil masih oke, daerah ramai pula dekat mall dan polda DIY, lokasi masih terbilang strategis. Pemilik dan penjaganya juga informatif, komunikatif dan ramah. Minusnya cuma 1. Kita ga dikasih kunci serep pager, jadi kasian yang jaganya kalo saya habis pergi-pergi jauh sampai malam, dia yang bukain pagernya kan kasian juga. Jadi saran aja si buat pemiliknya semoga yang stay di kasih serep kunci pagar. Overall mantap banget nih, super recommended. Saya sendiri ga akan ragu sih buat nginep di sini lagi kalau besok-besok ke Jogja lagi.
