Saya sangat senang karena staff-nya ramah-ramah, itu membuat kesan yang bagus bagi saya yang pertama kali menginap di Halim Hotel. Saya suka dengan interior kamarnya, pemandangannya memang biasa saja. Hanya bagi saya, cukup untuk sekadar menikmati kesibukan kota, tetapi ada keluhan yang harus saya sampaikan, AC-nya kurang dingin, pertama kali juga bagi saya ke hotel tanpa ada pemanas untuk air ataupun kulkas kecil. Jadi, agak terkejut dan kebingungan. Padahal pagi dan malam saya biasa meminum teh ataupun minuman hangat lainnya. Sejauh ini cukup. Terima kasih.
