The soundproofing is not good because I can hear children's voices from the next room. Hotel facilities: the elevator closes very quickly and when held with your hand, it closes automatically, it is not safe for children who have to stand guard in front of the open door button in the elevator. Regarding the poor soundproofing in our rooms, which could be heard from neighboring rooms, this is certainly not the standard of comfort we strive to provide. We have forwarded this feedback to the Housekeeping and Engineering teams for evaluation to improve sound insulation in the room area. Regarding the elevator doors that closed too quickly and did not stop when held, we understand your concerns, especially regarding the safety of children. We have followed up with the Engineering team to check and adjust the door sensors for optimal and safe functioning. We also apologize for the ants found on some of the bread in the breakfast area. This clearly does not comply with our hygiene standards. We have asked the F&B team to tighten food quality checks at all times and to conduct thorough cleanings regularly to ensure a similar incident does not recur. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it is important for us to continuously improve the quality of our services and facilities. We booked the hotel through Trvlk. We requested a queen bed. When we checked in that afternoon, we were only given one access card and a twin bed, claiming the queen bed was already occupied.
