Regarding the ambiance, etc., it's standard for a hotel in its class. But what makes me definitely want to come back is the service. There's no doubt about the hospitality of the Aston group. My kids were very happy staying here. The only downside is that the mini zoo is a bit poorly maintained, both the cages and the animals. Please pay attention. Thanks.

I had a pleasant stay at Harper Purwakarta by Aston. The non-smoking room was clean, comfortable, and had a refreshing atmosphere — a big plus for guests who value a smoke-free environment. The Little Chef Cooking Class was a wonderful touch. It’s a creative and engaging activity for children, handled very well by the hotel team. My family truly enjoyed it. During the night, I did experience some noise coming through the connecting door, including sounds from the neighboring room. I contacted the Front Office, and their response was prompt, courteous, and very professional, which I greatly appreciated. For future stays, I would recommend choosing a room without a connecting door for extra privacy and quiet. Overall, Harper Purwakarta remains an excellent choice for families and travelers seeking a comfortable stay with warm hospitality and thoughtful service.
