The hotel is very suitable for children. There are many activities for children and the breakfast menu is also varied.

It happened that there was an event at SICC so it was just a short walk away and I had often stayed here before so it was comfortable.

However, there are a few things that I think could be improved: The door handle feels a bit loose. The elevator feels a bit old, which was a bit worrying, although it still works well. The staff wont help to bring my stuff that I order online, and the there were stains on bed sheet, it's like old sheet

Stayed at HARRIS Hotel Sentul because there was an event at SICC, and this was a great choice! The location is literally just across the street, super practical and saves time. The room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is also friendly. The facilities are okay, the atmosphere is calm, very suitable for resting after the event. The breakfast is delicious and complete too. Overall very satisfied, highly recommended if there is an event at SICC! 🍊🏨✨

the towels are already brownish and it's time to change them, there's no mat in the bathroom. There are also lots of spots on the sandals

For all, it's okay, but for future input, Harris Management should think about changing the room interior, also the variety of food at breakfast. The chef should be better at cooking it.

All good. Cold AC, fairly spacious room, friendly staff, there is an outdoor space for playing football, ping pong, badminton, spacious parking lot. Clean room. Only the TV is a bit small, old school & not yet an android TV. Thx to Mas Radi (Housekeeping), friendly restaurant staff & friendly receptionist. Very nice

The room accommodation is very complete, there is an extra bed, bolster, and gallon water is provided. The restaurant breakfast tastes very good, especially the lontong sayur, it's really delicious. The facilities are very complete, the swimming pool is large, clean, there is a children's play area, a gym, and bicycle rentals. Basically it feels like a vacation abroad, because the facilities are very complete hahaha. The staff is very friendly, helping the check-in and check-out process promptly.

great stay here there is an extra mattress + pillow but no blanket. what's even better is the provision of refill water outside the room, free gallon dispenser.
