The service of the Harris Centul Hotel employees is satisfactory.

When we arrived, the door to our room was difficult to close. It was already late at night, so they said they'd fix it tomorrow, but it never happened. There were also a lot of mosquitoes at the beginning, so the staff sprayed them with some kind of spray, but thankfully, they were gone. The room wasn't soundproof, and my son couldn't sleep. He said he could hear people coming from the front door through the hallway. The room also had a wall that had been renovated or something, but it wasn't finished, which just made it look unsightly. The plus side is that there are lots of places for family hangouts, the staff is friendly, and the location is close to various cafes and tourist attractions.

The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. There were plenty of kids' activities to choose from and the area was very spacious. Overall, I really enjoyed my staycation at this hotel 👍🏻

However, there are a few things that could be improved, such as the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the room's soundproofing, which was still lacking, allowing for some outside noise. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay here and this hotel is worth recommending.

Overall, it's good, okay in every way. A few suggestions, though: in the bathroom, if possible, change the faucet to have two outlets, not just the shower, as it's used for ablutions. And in the bathroom, add hangers. That's all.

The pool was clean and pleasant, and the rooms were also clean. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, easy access, and the kids could play on the lawn and ride their bikes safely. It was a memorable staycation.
