really awesome place, 2 TV in the room, awesome city view, bathtub feels great (can't get hot water for the bathtub but that can be tricked though). some food tastes absolutely great, too bad it didn't refill quickly, and some need a little bit more seasoning. great experience anyway

The service is great and you got nice view of west Jakarta. A great place for staycation, and the food was nice. For the hotel management, please more detail on cleaning like below sofa and bed and please add more elevator/lift.

We were originally only staying one night because we had to go back and forth to the hospital, but the hotel room was comfortable and my son was happy, so we extended our stay to two nights.
I think it was good overall, except the elevators took too long, and the hotel kitchen seemed unprepared for a large number of guests, so we had to wait for breakfast. In situations like this, guests should be given more time to check out, as the delay in restocking the food wasted during breakfast.

The breakfast is very mediocre. Standard has gone down and variety is also bad. I have never had Spaghetti with tomato ketchup before... That was really bad.

I had a bad experience on my last day staying at this hotel, I really regret that this could happen because the hotel management lacked coordination, but the good side is that after I complained at check out, the hotel responded well and quickly but I still don't agree with the steps taken by the hotel and apartment management regarding the incident that I experienced.

It was a really nice stay here, plus the convenience of the Traveloka app. I even extended my stay for 2 nights because it was so comfortable staying with my family.
I checked in late at around 8 pm, but the receptionist was still very friendly and fulfilled all my requests. Thank you. It will be my favorite hotel if I go to Jakarta again, especially since it's close to the airport. Thank you Harris Puri Mansion and thank you also to Traveloka.
