First time staying here. The vibes are indeed good and the atmosphere is very comfortable. But I asked for a complementary birthday cake as informed by the staff via WhatsApp, informed one day before and I confirmed it on the day before. But when I checked in, I was hampered by waiting in the lobby for 2 hours and the reception area was very hot with the excuse that the room was not ready. And for the birthday cake, it was delivered around 7 pm with the excuse that it was delivered from 6 pm onwards. Even though I called the hotel staff repeatedly and WhatsApped the hotel number. I was there to give a surprise to a friend, but it was a complete failure. Next, maybe the management can improve their customer service. Thank you.

The incident occurred at 9:25 PM. The door was suddenly opened by an officer claiming to check on my room, while I was sleeping. In my opinion, this was a lack of ethical service, and neither the officer nor the receptionist apologized when I called to complain. This is the first time I've had a stay like this.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is child-friendly. The kids loved playing in the pool and playground. However, the cleanliness of the playground area could use some improvement.
