Every long weekend I always stay here with my kids, the hotel is comfortable, clean, well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very varied and there are even herbal drinks.

Goo stay with Herloom. Clean room and good breakfast. However, the TV is a little odd. It stops every 10 minutes and I have to trigger it again and again for it to continue playing.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I was downgraded because the room I chose was out of order, but I was compensated with a delicious free dinner of around 500,000 Rupiah, even though the room price difference was less than that. The replacement room was also nice.

It's very helpful for me as a breastfeeding mom. The room is very well-equipped, with a large double-door refrigerator and a full kitchen. And what I love most is its proximity to the Cartenz mall, where you can play games like Timezone, which is open until midnight.

Overall, the lobby and rooms are nice, like a studio apartment.
However, I don't know if it was just the room I booked that smelled like sewage, I don't know if it was from the mini kitchen or the bathroom.
The hot water was also only hot when I first arrived, not hot enough.
The breakfast menu wasn't very varied, but it was nice to have breakfast while watching the kids swim.

Upon check-in, my first impression was rather average, especially considering the room rate of over IDR 1 million on OTA. At the front desk, there were two staff members (a male and a female, whose names I forgot). They seemed busy with their computers and only greeted and welcomed us once we approached the counter.
The room itself had a low ceiling, poor soundproofing, and peeling wallpaper in several areas, which gave the impression that regular maintenance from Housekeeping and Engineering is lacking.
Called to operator request for cleaning room, but she mentioned my room on departure list while my reservation should be two days. Request for cleaning waiting 1 hour.

Goo stay with Herloom. Clean room and good breakfast. However, the TV is a little odd. It stops every 10 minutes and I have to trigger it again and again for it to continue playing.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I was downgraded because the room I chose was out of order, but I was compensated with a delicious free dinner of around 500,000 Rupiah, even though the room price difference was less than that. The replacement room was also nice.

It's very helpful for me as a breastfeeding mom. The room is very well-equipped, with a large double-door refrigerator and a full kitchen. And what I love most is its proximity to the Cartenz mall, where you can play games like Timezone, which is open until midnight.

Overall, the lobby and rooms are nice, like a studio apartment.
However, I don't know if it was just the room I booked that smelled like sewage, I don't know if it was from the mini kitchen or the bathroom.
The hot water was also only hot when I first arrived, not hot enough.
The breakfast menu wasn't very varied, but it was nice to have breakfast while watching the kids swim.

Upon check-in, my first impression was rather average, especially considering the room rate of over IDR 1 million on OTA. At the front desk, there were two staff members (a male and a female, whose names I forgot). They seemed busy with their computers and only greeted and welcomed us once we approached the counter.
The room itself had a low ceiling, poor soundproofing, and peeling wallpaper in several areas, which gave the impression that regular maintenance from Housekeeping and Engineering is lacking.
Called to operator request for cleaning room, but she mentioned my room on departure list while my reservation should be two days. Request for cleaning waiting 1 hour.
