Friendly apartment staff, ready 24 hours and very helpful. The room is comfortable plus it happens to get a view of Mount Tangkuban Parahu and the beautiful Ciumbuleuit landscape. Even if you choose a room without breakfast, don't worry, because there are many food stalls around the apartment. Overall the right choice with an affordable price 👍 The right choice for me who wants to reminisce about being a Ciumbuleuit resident and of course it's also right for a staycation

My experience renting this 12th-floor 1BR unit was quite disappointing. I checked in around 4 p.m. (when it was supposed to be 2 p.m.), and when I entered, there was no soap or toiletries, the bathroom lights were out, and no towels were provided. After reporting the matter, they said they would deliver them, but they took a long time to arrive, and only one towel was torn. The next morning, we received a notification that check-out was by 12 p.m., and after that, there would be an hourly charge. So we quickly got ready and inquired about returning the key (since we had our ID card as collateral). The most disappointing part was that after checking out, we realized we had frozen pempek (fish cakes) in the freezer. When we called to pick them up, the person who took the keys said there was nothing in the fridge, then immediately called us on a video call, showing us the empty freezer. We were 100% sure we'd left them behind and didn't bring them. It felt like we'd been lied to, and we didn't mind the value. What made us uncomfortable was their attitude about why they had to lie. Because we felt it was pointless, we ended up shutting it down. Was it that difficult for her to lie about frozen pempek being 150,000 Rupiah? Hopefully, in the future, this unit will be better maintained, with more professional check-in and check-out staff, and won't disappoint. If they really want to provide service that meets the price, just raise the rental price.

This apartment is quite comfortable to stay in, with a nice view (mountain) and quick response. The only small suggestion for the owner of this unit is that the bathroom needs repair due to stagnant water in the middle of the bathroom floor. Service is every 3 days. Towels, blankets, and sheets should be replaced, and soap should also be refilled. Check the LPG tank, etc.

I really enjoyed staying at the Parahyangan Residence Apartment. I got a nice, clean, and affordable one-bedroom unit. I got an extra single bed and a sofa bed (sleeps 4). The room was quite well-equipped. The AC was cold, and the kitchen and dining utensils were complete. The refrigerator was also cold, the water dispenser worked, and there was a gallon of water. Although the water was small, it was enough for a one-night stay with two people. The apartment's facilities were also excellent. The environment was clean, there were plenty of eateries, and public transportation also passed by. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. If I go to Bandung again, I will stay here again. Cons: Only one towel and no toiletries, no color TV, and no Wi-Fi.

No internet Wi-Fi, no TV cable, no antenna, no toiletries (I got a towel though, which is suitable to wipe a floor, because it's stink and dirty, no black drapes, and the thing that upset me the most is, we don't get free parking as a guest.

Booked this studio apartment, the mattress is not good enough because it is thin and rickety. Basic necessities are okay but, there is no trash can. The good thing is there is a stove and a pan to boil hot water.

From the photos I thought the unit would be sparkling clean, but it turned out not to be. When I entered, the smell of dust was really strong. This unit really needs renovation. - Sheets are torn - Towels are worn out - The leather sofa is cracked, very uncomfortable to sit on - The curtains are not working anymore and are dirty and badly stained - Dirty floor - There is a washbasin but the washing soap is by request. When I arrived, it was only green water, meaning there was no soap - There is also a dispenser, just for display, no drinking water. There are no glasses either. Pluses: - Strategic location, if you want to go to Lembang, it's good. Via a route that is not too busy, just be prepared to use a city car. - The swimming pool facilities are clean - The location is on the corner and quiet, no disturbing noises. Have stayed in other apartments and the facilities are more complete. Hopefully this will be input for the owner and those who take care of it so that they can be more detailed.
