The room was clean, the facilities were okay, but the temperature didn't seem to be adjustable. And last night, the room wasn't cool enough. Because we usually use the AC at a lower temperature than yesterday, our sleep wasn't as restful as usual. When we asked, they offered to have a technician come. But it was too late, and we were already very tired. So we said no.

A nice hotel, well-maintained and clean, with spacious rooms and a large bed, making it suitable for a family vacation. The thing that sets it apart from other hotels is that the Hilton Hotel is very concerned with sustainability and is environmentally conscious about the waste produced. For example, is a water bottle in the room or dining area that can be refilled repeatedly and several amenities that can be requested if needed. The hotel staffs are also friendly and professional, as is the standard for a five-star hotel.

We enjoy stay at Hilton Bandung. Trust me, they are perfect stay for your leisure. there is a swimming pool and playground for kids so they can enjoy they time. thank you to Ms. Riana n Mr. David Jonathan and his teams and all Hilton Bandung staff for make our honeymoon very Enjoyable. For breakfast food there are many variations until I was confused about which one to choose, there is an outdoor dining area for smoking, and the service again I was satisfied, I asked for ice cubes to be brought to the room and the information officer will deliver it to the room, and I also asked for bowls and cutlery to be served directly to the room ... It's great, for the price it's ok.

Came here with my wife for our 12th anniversary. Best experience I ever had in Bandung, they allow us to check in on 12 PM. I’ll definitely take my family here.
