I booked 2 Superior rooms for 1 night. Because there were many activities outside the hotel, so the room was only for resting at night until morning. Although only for a short time, I felt comfortable while resting. Located in the Undip Campus environment, the location of this hotel is very strategic. Although it is on the main road, it is not too noisy. The staff who served from arrival to departure were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay on another visit to Undip.

It's disappointing. We ordered a month in advance because we entered the wrong month. It's for graduation. We submitted a cancellation request 3 weeks before the actual date, with no policy whatsoever. Even though it was initially non-refundable. At least there was empathy. Because we ordered from Jakarta just for graduation, but we entered the wrong month. There's no policy at all. Isn't that sadistic? So sad.

Online check-in makes it easier for guests, it doesn't take long, it's not complicated, just go straight in. It seems the room will be ready before 12. Stayed 1 night, visited my child who is studying at UNDIP, from the 4th floor the view of the main road can see students going back and forth to campus😍. The room is comfortable, but the toilet drain is a bit clogged☹🙏. Hopefully it will be fixed immediately after I gave feedback yesterday through the beautiful receptionist. Breakfast is delicious, pray that I can stay again at Horison Antawirya Semarang, because it is close to my child's boarding house. Thank you to all hotel staff

The closest location to UNDIP. The rooms are standard and not cheap either. The bathroom needs upgrading, as there's no divider between the shower and the toilet and sink, making the entire floor wet, slippery, and dangerous. The cleaning process is lacking, and tissues aren't checked or refilled unless requested.

The hotel should be better because it is the only hotel located on campus. If you look at the occupancy rate, it is also quite high, but it is very unfortunate that the facilities available are very minimal and tend to be careless.
