Horison Lampung

Good afternoon. Let me introduce myself. I'm Pambudi, a traveler who happened to be in Lampung. I decided to stay at Horison because I've always been very satisfied with its location and network. However, my experience at Horison Lampung was very disappointing. On September 6th, I checked into room 314. I had a car. The parking lot was cramped. That night, around 9:00 PM, we arrived at the hotel. There were many motorcycles parked haphazardly, making it difficult for us to maneuver. After some effort, we unloaded our bags. As we walked away from the car, a security guard suddenly came to ask us to move our car closer to the wall. Why didn't we do that earlier? When we arrived, they were just sitting at the post without guiding us, like at other hotels with cramped parking spaces. After that, I felt ill. We canceled our plans to extend our next vacation. We moved hotels. On the evening of September 8th, a friend named Totok Ari made another booking for September 8-10. I was invited to stay at Horison again. I was already in a bad mood. We checked in to room 510. The voucher clearly stated breakfast for two people. We added an extra bed. When it was time for breakfast, we were turned away because the system said the waiter didn't list breakfast included. I argued because the voucher clearly stated breakfast included breakfast. Finally, the restaurant allowed us. We went in and got our food (there were two of us). Before we could finish, we were approached and told that breakfast was only allowed for the extra bed. I argued, "Why isn't breakfast included on the voucher?" The commotion caused several other customers to stare at us. It was truly embarrassing. We went to the front desk and checked, and there was indeed a mistake. We weren't complaining about the price or the food, but the unprofessionalism and lack of hospitality that made us a spectacle for several other customers that morning. It was truly disappointing. As a Traveloka Diamond Priority holder, this is the first time I've felt so embarrassed just because of breakfast. Thank you, and please allow us to write a review on Google and Traveloka.

I've stayed here several times. It's centrally located on a main road, near shopping centers. Easy access. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I've tried the breakfast, but it lacks variety and tastes mediocre.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. They had car-free days, a varied and delicious menu, friendly staff, and a restaurant that delivered to your room. The absolute best.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is very clean. Everything is very pleasant.

It was fun, but the room wasn't soundproof, so it was noisy from outside noises even though I wanted to rest.

Overall, it's always a pleasure to stay at Horison Lampung. However, the shower jet in the toilet at room 613 needs to be replaced. Thank you, Horison Hotel.

As for breakfast, I found the menu to be lacking in variety and variety. I stayed there for two nights and the breakfast menu was the same and bland. Overall, I give the breakfast menu 5 points.
