For the umpteenth time staying here, it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and the facilities are really good. Next time I will try another room type. Hopefully, the next trip will be more enjoyable.

Check-in was a bit late. We arrived on time, but of the four rooms we had booked, we only got one at 3:00 PM, and the remaining three rooms were only checked in a little later. Because we booked a large room, it had to be on a separate floor, and there was no access to the other floors to facilitate movement between rooms. So we had to go to the ground floor and ask the staff for assistance. The family room is quite large, and there is a living room, although it's at the very end. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were noisy motorcycles on the highway in the middle of the night, so the soundproofing wasn't good.

Everything was great because I think the price was also pocket-friendly. The room was large because we had a Family Suite. I was very satisfied with the two bedrooms. The food was quite varied, and the pool was clean. It was really fun, and there are lots of delicious places to eat around the hotel. It's very strategic. Thank you very much.

We couldn't find a hairdryer in our family room, which is typically provided in 4-star hotels. Worse, we'd already asked the receptionist for one. After waiting an hour, we called the room number and were still told to wait patiently. It's been two hours and it still hasn't arrived. Is it okay to treat customer requests like this? It's annoying.

The room was fine. Clean and cool. But the biggest issue was the noise from the elevator. I was given room 1717, located behind the elevator. The elevator sound was noisy. The second problem was registering for e-money for parking. It took almost 15 minutes even though I was in a hurry. If possible, there is always a senior at the frontline to help those who are new. After Ms. Nikita arrived, we were able to register for the parking card. Even though the officer had previously said there was an error with the computer. Hopefully, the service at the frontline can be improved, especially on weekends when there are lots of visitors.

Overall, everything is okay, the best thing is that the staff are super friendly, but my taste and that of my friends at breakfast are not really to my taste, many of the dishes are just so-so, it doesn't mean it's not delicious, but it's just not that wow, the deliciousness doesn't make you remember it.
