Recommended even though the hotel is old but still well maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, the food is varied, the staff is friendly, the location is good right in the middle of the city, on weekends there is a car free day in front of the hotel so you can exercise + shop.

The soundproofing in the room was very bad, loud noises from next door were clearly audible, there was knocking on the connecting door in the middle of the night, the toilet smelled bad, the room furniture was bad, the female staff who served us on October 23rd was very rude.

The service was terrible, and we borrowed plates and paid with the spoons. To check out, we needed a trolley, but none was provided, and there was a loud band near the room. The room wasn't cleaned, and towels weren't changed unless we complained.

The hotel is great, my family, especially my son, really liked it.
Especially since the window directly overlooks the pool, it makes my son love it even more.
The staff is nice and friendly.
The receptionist was also friendly during check-in and check-out.
