Clean and spacious room. Really store the rooftop bar on 30th floor, amazing view, various barbecue dishes, helpful staffs and awesome pool. Can't wait to be here on my next family vacations. Thanks abundantly for your hospitality!

I often stay at Horison Ciledug but this is very different from Horison in Ciledug. As soon as I get out of the elevator in the hotel hallway, it already feels like the hotel is not well maintained. When I enter the room, it smells musty, the AC is not cold☹️ Basically, it doesn't suit me. At that price, I get a room like this☹️ Sorry, please pay more attention to Horison.

Thank you to the hotel staff who have tried to get me a deluxe single bed room... I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and it felt comfortable... I just have a suggestion to the hotel to wash the towels with a good fragrance... because they smell a bit musty... but overall I had a very comfortable stay there... next time I will book there again... thank you...

Stayed at this hotel for the second time. This time got a cheap price. Very pleasant.
Overall, staying here was quite pleasant. However, on this second experience I was a bit disappointed with the hotel service.
When I arrived at the hotel in the rain, upon arrival in the room I immediately took a shower. And without me realizing it, the bathroom was not yet available. After I confirmed with the receptionist I was told to wait quite a long time because I had to wait for clean towels from the laundry.
