For around 300 thousand you get breakfast.. Large room. Large bathroom, there's a swimming pool and a playground.. Friendly staff. Really, the guys are very friendly... That's enough...

Staying here was very bad, booking 2 rooms and getting on the 4th floor, both of them had water, then breakfast was informed starting at 7-9 am but at 6.59 am everything was gone, only rice, tempeh, tofu and vegetables were left. There were other menus but they were all gone, if it was high season, the guests would get a share. Then the bread had to be asked for. Never stay here again. The children's play area is also no longer suitable for use.

the place is quite comfortable, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, there are toiletries, the swimming pool is clean, it's just a bit disturbing because the room is right in front of the swimming pool so if there are other guests swimming it's a bit noisy, overall I'm not disappointed staying here according to the budget spent.

When we were about to enter the room, we smelled an unpleasant odor, it turned out that the mat in front of the bathroom was wet. When reported via the WA number that was informed in the room (there was no intercon) there was no response.
When my child went down and reported to the receptionist, he was told to change it himself. They took the mat that was being dried, then gave it to our child. Our child came to the room with a new mat, well, our child is also good, he also returned the wet mat to the receptionist.

The hotel staff is friendly, very nice to stay here, recommended. There are only a few inputs. The AC is not cold enough and the legs of the bed need to be fixed, because some of them are already shaking. Otherwise there are no problems.

Take a super deluxe balcony room, check in is not prompt, the receptionist is empty, confirmation is late as if there is doubt & confusion, you always have to ask for water, for example, if you don't ask, maybe it won't be delivered/not available, the cleanliness of the room is a bit dusty, the floor is smelly, the AC is smelly, Very little hot water, almost non-existent.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I saw the reviews, but when I came, thank God, it was beautiful, especially the first receptionist, who gave her thumbs up to please raise her salary, very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere, cheap and clean prices. The rooms are ok, clean, the AC is cold, the hot water works, I got a room with a balcony with a mountain view, so far so good. The swimming pool is clean but it hurts the eyes. There's less variety for breakfast but it's worth the price. Recommended to stay here again.
