Clean hotel, friendly service, safe and comfortable environment.

The other staff were friendly, but the kitchen staff was lacking. They'd suddenly barge in, be rude, and even lack smiles. The food was probably adequate for the price.

A strategic place to visit.

The hotel staff was friendly, the service was good, and the breakfast was varied. The AC in the room wasn't cold enough, but it was a good night's sleep because the air outside was already cool. The shower stall didn't have hot water for a while. They told the staff about it and they fixed it. The response was excellent. This is our second stay here, and it's great, as our kids love it.

The staff is friendly. The air is nice, and the hotel itself is really nice. However, the rooms seem to need a bit of an upgrade to make them cleaner and more comfortable. The plus side is that there's a kids' pool, which I really like.

With a cheap price, the breakfast facilities are also quite complete.

Recommended, comfortable for families, family type in front of the pool. The kids are happy, the water heater is safe, no on/off.

The female restaurant service was very arrogant. Breakfast was only served at 6:30, and even then, they had to take a photo first, preventing anyone from touching it, even though it usually starts at 6. Furthermore, there was an early morning gathering at UPI, but the food hadn't arrived yet. Sweet tea was served in plastic bags, like it was on the side of the road. The room smelled musty. The problem was the food in the restaurant and the female waitress, whose face was covered in bleach, her hands were black, and she was wearing contact lenses. The Wi-Fi was constantly disrupted.

Not disappointed, try adding a refrigerator or maybe there are facilities in other room types, but it's really good.

It was quite an impressive stay here.

Thank God... It's quite comfortable, the swimming pool is clean and you can get breakfast too.

The hotel is OK. The service is OK. The room is OK. Cons: The breakfast menu doesn't have many choices (Fried rice, White rice, Vegetable Soup & Fried tempeh, Coffee and sweet tea). The room is OK but unfortunately there is no hot water. Please improve this because this place has become my favorite place to stay 🥰

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's located in the city center, a bit tucked away. It's recommended to have a private vehicle for safe transportation.

The best hotel, very comfortable, but the breakfast was the worst during my stay at the hotel, only given white rice + fried food + fresh vegetables.
