As soon as you enter, the staff feels clean and welcoming. Check-in is quick, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and fragrant.
The most satisfying part is the waterpark and playground facilities.
Waterpark: There's a children's pool with a mini slide, a splash area, and an adult pool. Kids can play for hours without getting bored, while parents can relax and supervise.
Playground: Indoor and outdoor, clean, well-maintained, and safe for small children. So, even if the weather isn't good, kids can still have fun.
The food is also good—breakfast is quite comprehensive. Restaurant prices are also reasonable. The hotel grounds are spacious, parking is easy, and there are plenty of family photo spots.
If you add up the details, the room price isn't just for sleeping; it also includes a children's entertainment package. Compared to paying for waterpark/playground tickets outside the hotel, this is clearly more economical. So, besides being comfortable, it also feels like great value for money.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. It's a family-friendly, quiet hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable, with the deluxe twin room being the preferred choice. The breakfast menu is also varied. There's a water park for the kids. Besides two bottles of mineral water provided in the room, there's a water dispenser in the gang for refilling. Hopefully, I'll stay at this hotel again next time I visit Batu.

It was really awesome, we could check in early because we left at dawn and arrived at the location in the afternoon, so we were worried the kids would be tired. In fact, we were really happy, we could go swimming and play in the playground straight away.

The price is very affordable, as one room can accommodate four people, with a playground and water park free for hotel guests. Breakfast is limited to two people. Children under 12 will be charged an additional 50,000 Rupiah, and the remaining 100,000 Rupiah will be charged. The food is standard hotel food.

An unpleasant experience here. First, upon arrival, the bathroom was clogged. Water was pooling. I called customer service, and the staff came promptly, but they were careless. They fixed the blockage but left without cleaning it. I had to ask them to clean it first. Second, breakfast. The food lacked variety. The taste tended to be bland. There were few choices. Third, the swimming pool. It was actually okay, spacious, with lots of slides. My kids enjoyed it. But after a short swim, a lot of schoolchildren arrived, and they were a bit brutal. They seemed to be taking over the pool, even though we were actually guests. But neither the hotel staff nor the teachers of the students gave any guidance, as if they didn't care about the comfort of the hotel guests.

Everything is great.. Location, facilities, rooms, food, access to waterpark & playground.. 4 nights here very satisfied 👍. Just a little suggestion for the room bell, it would be better if it rang only in the room, so as not to disturb other rooms. We don't know if it was our room bell or another room that rang.. Like our last night there when there was a group of school children. It was still 4 am and the teachers were already pressing the bells in the rooms around us to wake their students. It was very annoying with the sound of the bells in succession even though it wasn't our room bell that was pressed. My child even woke up because of the noise of the room bell..

Regular hotel but now it's not worth it like before now the indoor playground is paid 20k once entry if 1 night stay afternoon and morning play playground is already 40k × 3 children is not bad, even though every month for a year I always come here the playground is always free now with the reason it's not open anymore, breakfast has quite a lot of variants, the room is also comfortable. The downside is please make the playground free again because that's the hotel accommodation facility right
