I am so happy to be able to stay at this hotel. Everything is beyond the expectations of a 3-star hotel but the service is 5-star. The staff are friendly and polite, the room is spacious and clean, the AC is cold, the sheets and towels are fragrant and clean, the bathroom has very smooth water, the wifi is smooth, the TV is also connected to the internet, the breakfast is also very varied and delicious for a 3-star hotel, there is white rice, fried rice, chicken, capcay, fried eggs, chicken porridge, chicken soto, various fruits, juice, toast, coffee, tea, fried foods (bala bala 👍). There are fitness facilities but unfortunately I haven't had the chance to see them, the location is also strategic, next to it there is a cafe for beautiful coffee, the surrounding environment is also not noisy even though it is on the side of the road, it is really comfortable. Next time I will stay here again.

This hotel is really worth it. Complete facilities, the rooms and outdoor are super clean and fragrant, there is a fairly extensive breakfast menu. For the price of 400 thousand, this is really cheap, if I go to Garut I will definitely stay here again🫶🏻.

Staff hotel semua ramah, jika ada kendala langsung ditangani. AC kamar saya sempat tidak dingin, namun setelah diminta dibenerin langsung dingin kembali. Kamar tidak sempit dan agak luas. Mobil kotor juga dicucikan. Servisnya sangat baik, hotel bintang 2 namun serasa menginap di bintang 3.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I got a room on the second floor. The room was clean, soundproof, spacious, and had complete toiletries and coffee/tea. Recommended if you want to stay in Garut. I gave the food 3 stars because the refill was late even though it was only 8 pm when I arrived at the restaurant.

The hotel is quite good, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are quite complete and good. The staff is friendly and helpful. It could be a good choice for staying in Garut. The breakfast is delicious although the variety is limited. Success always for Bintang Redannte.

I booked a 7-bedroom suite because I was with friends. Two of the rooms I got had suboptimal AC heating and were very noisy on the street. One room only had the AC not working, so please improve its comfort.

The room price is still affordable during the long weekend, the location is not too far from the city center, the first impression is that the room is clean and quite spacious. The pillows are soft and fragrant, comfortable. The bathroom is clean. There is a window and a view outside. I booked 2 rooms, room 1 was okay, there was no musty/smoke smell, it's just a shame that room 1 smelled a bit of cigarettes when I entered. But overall it was okay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. Netflix was good, and the Wi-Fi was okay. I only had a room on the roadside, so I could hear the sound of passing motorbikes at night. The AC was cool. Breakfast was delicious.
