My favorite place, because of the strategic location, to the airport, to the office center, shopping center, access to the toll gate is close. The service starts from the security guard greeting at the entrance, front office, room boy, restaurant staff and all staff are friendly and respond quickly.

Never disappointed staying here, the price is affordable, the facilities are excellent, but the staff on duty at night between 9 and 10 PM may not be very numerous, as I called twice but no one answered. But I will definitely stay here again in the future, and hopefully it will be even better.

Sorry, honest review is not very pleasant. Very disappointed, I should have checked out the next day, I chose to check out at midnight because I was very annoyed. I was not feeling well, I was hungry at midnight and wanted to order food from a restaurant, but the phone couldn't be used at all. The sink water couldn't be adjusted, brushing my teeth and washing my face was very hot, like when I wanted to make coffee it was hot, I wanted to take a shower but the water was cold, I couldn't adjust it to hot, the toilet water smelled of Bayclin. This is my second time staying with my family. The room facilities are good, everything is usable, such as the hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, and safety deposit box. However, the shower was broken. Actually we stayed at your hotel for a wedding. We booked months ago via Traveloka. 3 rooms 2 nights. Overall it should be a nice stay but…
Room 1426 had odor (reported to house keeping & reception desk). We did not want to change the room as the new room was on 12th floor. We had to stay on same floor. The bride stayed in room no. 1424. Hotel did not give any attention at all.
4,5 hours before check out time we requested for 1 hour extension. But your FO staff name “Uta**” refused without checking. This was not nice ending at all. Too bad.

The hotel staffs are friendly & try to accommodate. The concierge also very good. Please take note that request of changing room from Large Bed to Twin Beds or vice versa most likely won’t be entertained, even though we requested for it in the note. So please make the booking via Traveloka accordingly. Request for early check in or late check out also depending on availability on that day, which unfortunately for us none of our bookings manage to get early check in. Most of the rooms even need to wait past the 2pm check-in time. Late check out might be entertained for few rooms only depending on availability till 13pm. We requested for non smoking room, but one of our room was full of smoke smell. Staffs did their best to clean the room & offered to change room on the spot, but it was refused due to far proximity to our other rooms. In the end the offer was taken for next day because the smell was still very unbearable. Hotel should charge smokers who smoke in the non-smoking room large amounts to reduce this kind of incident.
The Gallery Level 1’s breakfast spread was nice - especially the green beans soup dessert & traditional Indonesian herbal drinks. The staffs are helpful & friendly. It can be crowded during early morning, good to be seated early.

Never disappointed staying here, the price is affordable, the facilities are excellent, but the staff on duty at night between 9 and 10 PM may not be very numerous, as I called twice but no one answered. But I will definitely stay here again in the future, and hopefully it will be even better.

Sorry, honest review is not very pleasant. Very disappointed, I should have checked out the next day, I chose to check out at midnight because I was very annoyed. I was not feeling well, I was hungry at midnight and wanted to order food from a restaurant, but the phone couldn't be used at all. The sink water couldn't be adjusted, brushing my teeth and washing my face was very hot, like when I wanted to make coffee it was hot, I wanted to take a shower but the water was cold, I couldn't adjust it to hot, the toilet water smelled of Bayclin. This is my second time staying with my family. The room facilities are good, everything is usable, such as the hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, and safety deposit box. However, the shower was broken. Actually we stayed at your hotel for a wedding. We booked months ago via Traveloka. 3 rooms 2 nights. Overall it should be a nice stay but…
Room 1426 had odor (reported to house keeping & reception desk). We did not want to change the room as the new room was on 12th floor. We had to stay on same floor. The bride stayed in room no. 1424. Hotel did not give any attention at all.
4,5 hours before check out time we requested for 1 hour extension. But your FO staff name “Uta**” refused without checking. This was not nice ending at all. Too bad.

The hotel staffs are friendly & try to accommodate. The concierge also very good. Please take note that request of changing room from Large Bed to Twin Beds or vice versa most likely won’t be entertained, even though we requested for it in the note. So please make the booking via Traveloka accordingly. Request for early check in or late check out also depending on availability on that day, which unfortunately for us none of our bookings manage to get early check in. Most of the rooms even need to wait past the 2pm check-in time. Late check out might be entertained for few rooms only depending on availability till 13pm. We requested for non smoking room, but one of our room was full of smoke smell. Staffs did their best to clean the room & offered to change room on the spot, but it was refused due to far proximity to our other rooms. In the end the offer was taken for next day because the smell was still very unbearable. Hotel should charge smokers who smoke in the non-smoking room large amounts to reduce this kind of incident.
The Gallery Level 1’s breakfast spread was nice - especially the green beans soup dessert & traditional Indonesian herbal drinks. The staffs are helpful & friendly. It can be crowded during early morning, good to be seated early.
