The bed wasn't comfortable. There were only two pillows. The AC was good. There was enough space in the room for prayers. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. The soap dispenser lid kept falling off; it's time to replace it. The sink faucet was too low. The bathroom was not very clean.
The main breakfast menu lacked variety. The receptionist was kind and allowed a one-hour late checkout. The Wi-Fi was good. It was a bit noisy at night because the TOP bar on the top floor could still be heard playing music on the 6th floor.

The hotel was quite good, and worth the price. The food was also delicious.
The only downside: the bathroom shower was dirty (brown) at first due to dirt/dust buildup (perhaps the room wasn't used often), so you had to open the shower to remove the dirt.

Always stay here, the price is pocket-friendly, the facilities are quite complete, overall it's comfortable, only the parking is a bit difficult when there are lots of visitors, the breakfast variety could be increased a little. The worn out towels should be renewed, plus the property could be repaired periodically.

At the reception, there was a lady who seemed to have just started work. She gave me a room that wasn't ready yet, then after the pass, I changed rooms, but the key hadn't been charged, so the door couldn't be opened, so I had to go down again to tap the card!!! Please improve your service at the reception, reduce playing with your phone.

3 nights stay at this hotel, the breakfast is varied every day and delicious, there are choices of heavy meals, soups, porridge, fruits, fruit juices, cakes etc. But unfortunately the room I stayed in, the door was hard to open, the AC was not cold enough even though it was 16° and high, the sheets were a bit dull and had stains but still usable, there were few hangers, the wifi was not very fast sometimes it couldn't be used, sometimes it came in, sometimes it just disappeared/turned off, but it was still okay, this hotel could be the best choice for a place to stay. Don't worry, the parking lot is also very good, so don't worry if you have a vehicle.

Always stay here, the price is pocket-friendly, the facilities are quite complete, overall it's comfortable, only the parking is a bit difficult when there are lots of visitors, the breakfast variety could be increased a little. The worn out towels should be renewed, plus the property could be repaired periodically.

At the reception, there was a lady who seemed to have just started work. She gave me a room that wasn't ready yet, then after the pass, I changed rooms, but the key hadn't been charged, so the door couldn't be opened, so I had to go down again to tap the card!!! Please improve your service at the reception, reduce playing with your phone.

3 nights stay at this hotel, the breakfast is varied every day and delicious, there are choices of heavy meals, soups, porridge, fruits, fruit juices, cakes etc. But unfortunately the room I stayed in, the door was hard to open, the AC was not cold enough even though it was 16° and high, the sheets were a bit dull and had stains but still usable, there were few hangers, the wifi was not very fast sometimes it couldn't be used, sometimes it came in, sometimes it just disappeared/turned off, but it was still okay, this hotel could be the best choice for a place to stay. Don't worry, the parking lot is also very good, so don't worry if you have a vehicle.
