Classic nuance hotel looks aesthetic. This hotel is also like an old hotel but is still well maintained. The room is very spacious, my child is free to run around and jump around. The bathtub works very well. Breakfast has many menu choices and is quite tasty and filling.

For almost a week staying here, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The AC is cold, the service is good, the room is clean and fragrant. Every day the room and toilet are cleaned. The shower is good, the hairdryer is good and has been provided. The staff are friendly and assisted with fast check-in and check-out.
Highly recommended to stay here. Not far behind hotels in Jakarta and Bandung.
If I go to Pekanbaru again, I will stay here again.

It was a bit uncomfortable when I checked in because the room reservation in the app didn't match the one the hotel staff had given me, claiming they were out of rooms, and this had happened repeatedly. After complaining, we were finally given a suitable room. Going forward, we must ensure the app reservation is correct.

My stay at the Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru was quite satisfying. It's strategically located in the city center, close to shopping areas. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast menu was varied and quite tasty. However, the lobby can get a bit crowded and noisy during events, and the limited seating makes check-in and check-out a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it's still a good choice for a stay in Pekanbaru.
