Hotelnya bersih, tenang. Kamar juga bersih, luas, dan kalau enggak sesuai sih kali ada yang bilang kamarnya remang-remang, karena kamar yang aku dapat bener-bener terang. Lampunya maksimal banget. Paling gampang di-notice adalah staff-nya, suka banget staff-nya ramah dari awal aku chat untuk check in duluan, sampai ke meja resepsionis, sampai check out. Super rekom. Kalau ada chance lagi liburan, aku ke sini lagi ya ❤. Super recommended!

My experience staying at the Grand Kartika Samarinda hotel was very pleasant. Easy and fast check-in process. Just told you to order at an online agent they already know my name. The staff is friendly, there are many choices of breakfast, drinks and of course there is my favorite, melon juice. Comfortable, refreshing. Good room facilities. Anyway recommended. It was so much fun... Especially since the cafe is open until dawn. It's incredibly helpful for those who are too lazy to go out in the middle of the night to find food or drinks. Definitely recommended ✨🤍

A clean hotel, close to the city center. However, our second stay yesterday was a bit disappointing because a lot of young people were hanging out on the 7th floor and causing a disturbance. However, the hotel staff was responsive and quickly calmed the situation down after we informed them. So far, this hotel has been very good.

Check-in before 2:00 PM is possible, with no deposit required. The receptionist was friendly and prompt. The location is in the heart of Samarinda, near Mesra Indah Mall and the Grand Mosque of Samarinda. Room 304 had a dim bathroom light. Hopefully, it will improve in the future. God willing, I'll stay there again if I ever visit Samarinda.
