The Office Duty to Lamongan this time was truly unforgettable. We chose to stay at the Grand Mahkota Hotel because of its strategic location and quite complete facilities. Our room was quite comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. We also had the chance to try some of the menus at the hotel restaurant, the taste was quite good. The quiet atmosphere of the hotel allowed us to relax with our family after a day of activities."

This hotel enjoys a strategic location, quite close to the city center. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is unfortunately lacking, as evidenced by the stained bedsheets. Access to the hotel is also somewhat inconvenient, as guests must walk approximately 1 km from the main reception area to their rooms.

The AC motor is noisy, it's time for maintenance or buy a new one, the coffee cup is cracked, there is no clothes hanger. Dim lights should be there for sleeping, not full lights on one line, all on, all off.

The top of the room door is not tight & cannot be closed (must be locked), mosquitoes enter. The bathroom is okay, only the sink is small, the pillows and covers don't smell good (smell a bit). Hopefully in the future it can be even better. Thanks.

For the size of the spacious room, the breakfast is also good, but sorry for the 2x stay there, the room sheets were only tidied up and not replaced, even though I had requested and had chosen a better room than before, lots of dirt marks on the sheets, water in the bathroom too smells and makes itchy on the body, please fix it in the future, because for the location, the food is okay.

Kita pesan 2 kamar dengan harga yang sama. Pada saat check salah satu kamar yang diberikan tidak sesuai pesanan (twin, bukan double) dan ukurannya juga beda dengan kamar yang satu. Saya tidak akan menginap di sana lagi, apalagi dalam satu gedung itu hanya kami yang menginap (tidak ada tamu lain) dan masih banyak alasan lain.
