The hotel room is spacious and comfortable but the windows are not cleaned properly, the bathroom floor and glass are not very clean, breakfast could be made with more variety, the service is friendly, hopefully it will be better in the future, thank you

Bad experience staying at this hotel, starting from the room that smelled of cigarettes (even though it was a non-smoking room), there were still many cigarette butts scattered in the bathroom, there was no TV broadcast, the blanket still had dirt stains. When checking in, the receptionist said breakfast starts from 7-10 am. Eh, when we wanted to have breakfast, at 7 am there was nothing. It's really bad, right? Breakfast is ready around 8 am. Guests who stayed were annoyed because they had to wait too long.
