Hotels in North Sumatra

Room & facility good, cleanliness should be improved.

Although it's an old hotel but my guest from Korea loves it because of convenient and strategic location. Maybe need to do some renovations at the outside of the hotel in the future.

I usually check in to the hotel room at 14.00 pm. But when I was check in on April 30 2023, they made me wait at the reservation almost an hour. Then the room didn't available yet, until they made me and my wife waited at the executive lounge cause the room didn't ready yet. I was travelled from outside city and feel very tired but I can't enjoy my room immediately. What a very bad service of this hotel. I don't know why.

Breakfast time full of a delicious food, good recomendation hotel, nice smoking room for smoker, etc.

AC is not working properly. Very hot dan noisy. I stay for three days. Very terrible. Extend check out time to 1 PM charge 30 % from rate room. It 's only a hour to extend.

Overall stay was good and excellent service from the front desk. Good job.
