North Sumatra Hotels

I am so sorry to say that the experience I had was very bad. It was okay at the beginning but I found the door was not working well. We could lock it but the handle was broken. I just found out when I wanted to check out. The experience was getting worse when my colleague was accused of smoking even though as far as I knew she never smoke in her life. I also overheard one of the guests was fined because their sheet was dirty because of their kid chocolate. Come on!

Clean and spacious room. Location is great as it is close to everywhere.

Although it's an old hotel but my guest from Korea loves it because of convenient and strategic location. Maybe need to do some renovations at the outside of the hotel in the future.

I booked 5 rooms, according the website check in time is 14.00 pm, my first room is ready on time but my 2 other rooms is not ready on time, we have to wait for 4 hours, I called front desk twice they just say still cleaning, we lost 4 hours to wait just for the rooms, so very disappointed moments.

I was awarded guest of the day with all its benefits. Awesome service.

Check in process super smooth handled by Mr. Tobing at front desk. Very professional and very helpful.

Overall stay was nice. Only have found the writing pen that provide by the hotel was bad. Cannot be used at all several times. They should check/test before put into the rooms.
