Flying from Sydney to Medan, I was really tired, but entering this hotel felt as comfortable as my own home, my tiredness disappeared. The staff were all friendly, it's just that the elevator often had problems. I got the room at the very end, 1069, which was really far from the elevator, but the room was really okay! Comfortable, clean, cool, but I was only given 1 toothbrush and 1 toothpaste for 3 days, this was disappointing! The breakfast was quite varied and tasted good, but the menu was always the same for 3 days in a row. The hotel is located in the city center

We are glad you found your room (1069) comfortable, clean and spacious. You also enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast and found the hotel's central location very appealing. However, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We are saddened to hear about the elevator issue, the distance of your room from the elevator, and your disappointment at only receiving one set of toothbrushes and toothpaste for three consecutive days. We also noticed that the breakfast menu was the same for three consecutive days. This is not the standard of service we expect. We have taken your comments seriously. We will follow up on the elevator issue and reassess the room allocation. Regarding amenities, we will ensure they are complete according to the number of guests and length of stay. The hotel was actually nice, but my luck wasn't so good. The room was far from the elevator, and I got the corner one. The CS had already told me it would be far from the elevator, but I didn't expect it to be that far, but overall, the food was good, with a complete selection of national and international cuisine, and the bathroom was clean. It's just that the hotel is located above a defunct mall, which was a bit scary.
