The AC wasn't cold, and the duvet wasn't clean and smelled musty. The towels needed to be replaced, as they were no longer fit for use. I couldn't stand the room, so I tried to complain and get a room upgrade, but with an additional fee, of course. But the sofa in the room was dusty and the AC still wasn't cold. Finally, I checked out less than two hours after I arrived at the hotel. For the price and the facilities, it wasn't worth it, in my opinion.
