Flying from Sydney to Medan, I was really tired, but entering this hotel felt as comfortable as my own home, my tiredness disappeared. The staff were all friendly, it's just that the elevator often had problems. I got the room at the very end, 1069, which was really far from the elevator, but the room was really okay! Comfortable, clean, cool, but I was only given 1 toothbrush and 1 toothpaste for 3 days, this was disappointing! The breakfast was quite varied and tasted good, but the menu was always the same for 3 days in a row. The hotel is located in the city center

The hotel was actually nice, but my luck wasn't so good. The room was far from the elevator, and I got the corner one. The CS had already told me it would be far from the elevator, but I didn't expect it to be that far, but overall, the food was good, with a complete selection of national and international cuisine, and the bathroom was clean. It's just that the hotel is located above a defunct mall, which was a bit scary.

Plus: My room was upgraded...thank you. The swimming pool is nice and very kid-friendly. Minuses: The Wi-Fi in the hotel is terrible...please upgrade the Wi-Fi quality. The AC isn't cold in either the room or the restaurant. It's extremely hot everywhere. The AC needs a complete overhaul. The food in the restaurant is quite varied, but the staff is very slow and there doesn't seem to be a standard operating procedure for guest service. And the parking is extreme, like a test of courage. Be careful if you're just learning to drive, it's best not to drive there.
