Overall, it's comfortable and clean. The room includes afternoon tea and breakfast. The afternoon tea time was lacking; there were very few cakes, and the refills took a long time, probably because it was late afternoon. The front desk was very kind; I requested a complimentary cake for my husband's birthday, and they made it. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Thank you to all the staff.

I booked a king-size bed, but upon check-in, it wasn't suitable and I was given a twin-size room. Then, upon arrival, the room was still littered with plastic and other hotel trash. There was no compensation for the room I'd already paid; it wasn't worth the hefty price tag and the star-rated hotel.
