We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

I checked in with staff name Doharma, she was so fast in responding, so friendly and warmful. The explanation for the hotel facility was so accurate. Best smile staff. Free parking ticket. The room was cold, so best because Medan is so hot. The breakfast had so many varieties. I will come back and stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Hotel Medan, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experienceāespecially thanks to the incredible front desk team.
Even though the room was not ready when I arrived around 8pm, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Maggie from operator provided me with seamless check-in, accommodating special requests, and offering thoughtful recommendations, including a late check out. She really went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.
Itās rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, but this team has mastered it. They are the heart of the hotel, and their efforts did not go unnoticed!
Thank you again for making my stay so memorableāI will definitely be returning!

quite a long queue for check-in/out especially check in. Please mind the employee provision timing. 150.000 Rupiahs for breakfast is I think rather much.

Very close to basically everywhere. It's in the city center. The hotel, bedroom, and bathroom are all clean.
2 things to note tho:
1. The single room is smoking bedroom š„² thankfully when I stayed it didnt smell
2. The elevator is only up til 5th floor. My room is at the 6th. I had to carry my luggage
