First time to Medan, a pleasant experience staying at Mercure, quite comfortable and strategic. Input for the restaurant area, if it rains it becomes slippery/muddy so you have to be more careful. Overall it's ok.👍

The cleanliness is still lacking, the towels smell of cigarettes. The toilets are still far from the 5-star category. But the food is delicious and has many variations

happy, satisfied, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, to maintain the current quality, if possible it can be improved. I booked 3 rooms, everyone said they were satisfied, nice, comfortable.
The rooms are clean and tidy, only 2 rooms were a bit late checking in waiting for cleaning, until 16:00 you can only enter the room. but the rest is great markotooop. Greetings of success, God willing we will come again.
