Staff were very nice and did their best to meet your needs, although several were trainees. Would I return/recommend? Possibly.

The hotel location is strategic. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the room condition is quite disappointing and needs refurbishment. The mattress is sagging and not comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner is also not very cold even though it has been adjusted to a low temperature. The sheets look clean but have a rather unpleasant smell, as if they are old clothes that are not fresh. The carpet in the room also looks worn and gives the room a feeling of being poorly maintained. This hotel has good potential because of the location and good staff service, but the condition of the room especially the mattress, carpet and air conditioning system needs immediate attention. For now, I do not feel that it provides value for money for the price paid.

From the app, don't make a terrace/balcony, it must be clear, so customers don't choose the wrong room.

The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. However, the rooms facing the pool terrace were a bit small, making it very cramped with an extra bed. Another towel needed replacing; it was very faded and black, and the threads were coming apart from wear and tear.

The breakfast was surprisingly poor. We had to go out to eat. 1. No proper coffee, and any coffee from the coffee machine needs to be ordered separately. Are you sure you are 4 stars? 2. The egg station doesn't really take orders. You order then you wait. Once you leave there, whoever comes can take your order. It happened more than once. 3. All the other foods were not good enough to try a second time. 4. Well, it has milk and chicken soup at least, and nasi goreng tastes okay, but why do I eat so much carbs in the early morning?! Very disappointed for the breakfast.

There was a menu on the table, we read it in the afternoon when we had tea, but the price was not that when we tried to book a table for dinner. Then we confirmed a different price, of course it was higher, and confirmed again by another 2 waitresses. But again, when we arrived at the restaurant in the evening, the price was changed again, same again, higher. Our guests were already on their way. How could we cancel the reservation? I don't know how to express our feeling...

giving a point for the reception named icha. for doing her best to explain everything in english even knowing i'm indonesian citizen. the breakfast not as good as the last time i stayed. but the tom yum station chef really helpful to offer a help while seeing me doing myself the room? best at it's class.
