The atmosphere is very comfortable, hopefully there can be more relaxing areas added and an area can be opened to the lake, and lush trees can be planted for the atmosphere behind the direction to the lake so that the view looks more beautiful 👍

best comfort and cleanliness,
breakfast menu is very varied and 90% very tasty, there is also a western menu, the view from the room is very beautiful, the swimming pool is also comfortable, it's just a bit difficult to find food outside the hotel, a bit far, but the location of the hotel is very close to tourist attractions around Samosir, this is our 2nd trip, ordered a deluxe room on the 7th floor and got an upgrade😀

In the middle of the night, a reminder was sent regarding the check out time even though we already knew that all hotels check out at 12, because of the letter I couldn't sleep comfortably, so many hotels that I've visited, only Labersa was a bit rude, really disappointing, even though it wasn't peak season. The service in the restaurant was also lacking, I don't know the waiters because I saw there were only 5 or 6 people, so if you want to order or pay, you have to come first, even though there is a service charge, so it's called self-service, not for a second stay, for breakfast, the children were charged 200 thousand, it's a bit pricey.

The hotel area near the swimming pool and the outdoor restaurant tables is a bit uncomfortable because of the smell from the restaurant's kitchen chimney which faces the outdoor area and makes the kitchen aroma waft to visitors while they are relaxing in the restaurant and swimming.

the staff is friendly especially in the restaurant section
they are very-very caring. I happened to be carrying a sick child, they were very caring. I was even offered ginger tea. The chef also gave me information about the nearest doctor.
The room is also clean because the hotel is new. During my stay there, it was comfortable. Don't hesitate to stay here.
