We've had a pleasant experience during our stay in Mikie holiday resort. The rooms were clean. The newly renovated rooms really created a different feel. Really feel like a 4 star hotel now. The staffs were nice and helpful. The check in/out was fast. And the hotel is really family friendly. Comfortable for children and elderly (except the stairs)

Overall, the resort was very nice. The restaurant had good food and the pool was very big. The room was very nice. The wi-fi was spotty at times. There were ants in the bathroom (mainly around the toilet). The room service was just OK and a bit expensive.

This is another good hotel, well maintained and with a very good food for in house restaurant, Azaleya. Good service too. Few inputs, 1 coffee table at balcony will be nice. Also, shampoo and soap better in wall attached, it save money in long run and kind to environments. Amenities better put farther, once it get wet its already wasted. Thanks

Reception staff is nice easy to check in, and the granted my req which is room with sofa. Hotel provide a breakfast at azalea restaurant and serve many varieties food but mostly indonesian cuisine, ohh they have arcade center too and swimming pool for visitor to spend time. Overall it was pretty fun and exciting.: D.

By far, this is the most Spartan ' standard room ' experience I've ever encountered. I basically staying in a kos-kos-an room, complemented with the whole ' kipas angin ' experience. Not to mention the quirky ' seamless ' bathroom and lavatory. I won't recommend the ' standard room '. The staffs weren't so helpful either, and the hotel running in full capacity at around 7 AM. So if you're such a morning bird, prepare to be disappointed.

Room is clean and comfortable, just the pillow is too thick (superior type room) that makes the sleep uncomfortable, I got kind of neck stiff in the morning. Room is facing the outside (not pool) and we can hear the noise (motorcycle speeding) from outside at night. Went there on ramadhan but hotel still providing the breakfast (good point) with the complete variety as usual even it is Ramadhan. The less satisfaction experience is just the"games station"is closed (my kid is expecting to spend times playing games).
