The most important thing is Neo hotel provides standard healthy protocol due to covid19. The room very comfy, very warm front officer and security also. Hotel location is quite strategic because very near Tugu Train Station and of course Malioboro Street. Across the hotel, we will find the famous Kopi Joss Lek Man and other traditional food street.

2nd stay, for transiting before catching the train the next morning. To cover the overall experience, following our previous stay, overall same experience. Again a bit improvement suggestion for the shower, but the others facilities meet my overall requirements. Also to mention the wifi is quite good, I rarely get good wifi on 3 starts hotel, but here it’s good. Kudos to Swastika at front desk for a smooth check in-check out process!

I had pleasant stay in this hotel , I stay for 3 night and it was good. Very convenient to everywhere, close to train stations and Malioboro famous place. Clean room, great staff , nice breakfast. Follow the protocol so no need to worry.

Spent very well 4 nights during our family holiday in Jogjakarta. Hotel is nice as located very near to Malioboro with good selection of breakfast menus. Great hospitality as staffs and security are very helpful. Room is arranged as per requested (non smoking, quite, single bed and extra bed). Will keep as reference when we travel back to Jogja in the future. All the best for Neo hotel!

The hotel was in a strategic location. The room was clean, they provided free water in dispenser in every single water. Cold water when you need it. That 's the best. The food is delicious but don't go to late to get breakfast. The second day we ate breakfast about 9 am and most of the food was gone and they don't refill them. One more thing, it is near train station. The positive part about it, you can access the train to go the airport easily from it. However, the negative part, the train can be noisy at night for light sleeper like me.

Great service, nice and comfy room even though it 's not overly spacious. Good food with lots of variety. We extend another night here. Very strategic, close to the train station and Malioboro. Love it!

Saya booked untuk 3 malam menginap namun karena anak dan suami positive DB mengakibatkan tidak dapat datang menginap, meskipun sudah meminta untuk reachedule dengan catatan saya bayar kekurangan sesuai tarif ditanggal baru namun pihal hotel menolak permohonan. Walaupun pihak app sudah membantu. Dapat dicatat bahwa sebelum pengajuan saya sudah terlebih dahulu menghubungi pihak hotel, lalu pihak hotel mengatakan hanya bs dilakukan melalui app. Namun sayang perkataan mereka tidak sesuai. Managemen hotel yang sangat mengecewakan.
