Great location. The hotel is in a convenient spot, close to popular attractions and public transportation. Comfortable bed: the bed in the room was standard. Friendly and welcoming staff: The hotel staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They were helpful and went out of their way to assist during my stay. Enjoyable showers: the shower in the room provided consistently warm water. Inaccessible connecting room: I requested a connected room, but unfortunately, the door couldn't be opened. This limited the usability of the connecting room. Slow Wi-Fi speed: the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was slower than expected. Unpleasant smoke odor: I noticed a smoky smell in the blankets of my non-smoking room, which was disappointing. Lack of on-site restaurant: the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, so I needed to look elsewhere for dining options. Dusty table and wardrobe: I noticed so much dust on the table and wardrobe in my room, indicating that the cleaning could be improved. TV issue: the TV in my room cannot be turned off. So I sleep without turning off but set the sound to as low as possible.

Sesuai harga, untuk hotel bintang 2 cukup baik, hanya kebersihan kamar perlu ditingkatkan seperti horden dan selimut. Hal yang paling menyenangkan di sini lokasinya sangat strategis.

Hotel unik di pusat kota dengan fasilitas balkon, dekat kemana mana, resto, factory outlet, taman, cukup jalan kaki aja, di lobby ada Coffee dan Minimarket 24 jam, jadi suasana sekitar hidup, AC dingin kamar cukup luas, pelayanan ramah, fasilitas kamar sesuai dengan kelas dan harga lah, colokan ada 3: di tv, deket bed dan kamar mandi, nginep 2 malam lumayan untuk bersantai santai di libur panjang ini karena gak perlu jauh jauh kalo mau kulineran khas Bogor, belanja tas sepatu baju atau bersantai di taman terdekat

Hotel tua. Sangat tidak terawat. Tembok kamar banyak yang bulukan. Kursi juga sama bahkan banyak yang terkelupas berdebu. Lantai tidak bersih. Banyak kecoa berasal dari kamar mandi. Sayang padahal banyak kamar. Tapi ga terawat. Alhasil kotor dan tua. Bising dari luar sangat terdengar jelas.

Friendly service. Not noisy. The rooms are neat and clean. What needs to be updated is the quality of the towels. Good thing you brought your own towel.

Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, hot showers. Wifi is not good, not affordable. It is highly recommended to bring additional plugs.
