Staying here for 3 days was very enjoyable, apart from being comfortable and clean, the service here is also friendly, and you get breakfast every morning + hot tea at pocket-friendly prices. Next will stay here again. Thank you Hotel Ragil Malang 🥰

Clean, comfortable, calm atmosphere for relaxation & friendly staff. The parking area for cars and motorbikes is wide.

It may look like an old house, but it's very clean, smells good, neat. The service is very friendly. From the main main road very close, near Indomaret and entertainment venues. Feel at home here. Only here there are no other hotel facilities such as parks and others. Only soap is available without towels and slippers. But it's really worth it if you go to Batu, you still want to be here. Cheap price but not cheap. Breakfast is not included but is still given a tea break and a wet snack.

Penginapannya sangat cocok untuk istirahat karena bersih, tempatnya juga dekat dengan alun-alun dan tempat wisata lainnya, pemiliknya juga sangat ramah padahal check in pas malem jam 10an tapi tetap dilayani dengan baik, kalau pagi juga dapat snack+ teh, minus nya cuma 1 tidak ada air panas overall bagus 👍.

Pelayananan yang ramah, kamar bersih termasuk kamar mandi, ada teh dan kopi serta roti pada pagi hari dan diantar ke kamar (maa syaa Allah), suasana tenang. Sudah disiapkan air mineral di setiap kamar. Ada sabun mandi batangan. Tapi teman-teman harus bawa handuk sendiri ya. Namun jalan u menuju ke hotel cukup hanya u 1 mobil dan motor, jadi harus berhati-hati. Kalau sudah sampai parkirnya luas. Rekomendasi banget hotel ini, murah tapi bagus. Meskipun kelihatan bangunan lama tapi ketika masuk, bersih dan tertata rapi. Pemandangan di sebelah kiri hotel langsung pegunungan.
