Dear Santika Hotel Garut, Thanks for all of your services! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the amenities were great. I really enjoyed to stay at your Deluxe Room with Mountain View because of this panoramic landscape. The restaurant were clean and the menu’s are good enough. I took so many pictures and here are for you. Once again, thank you. I’ll be back again!

The view at the restaurant is the best, the view of Mount Guntur and the rice fields makes you want to staycation here again, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean.

santika is no longer in doubt, it's good, clean, the food has many choices, it's delicious.
the pool is also nice, from 6 am to 9 pm, the pool water is warm and clean...
the hotel staff are also friendly..
, you can swim at night and it doesn't make you catch a cold.

The view of the room is great, it's a shame that for that price you get a really small room plus you only ask for a welcome but it's not fulfilled, there's no welcome drink either, the food is varied but the taste needs to be improved.

We always strive to maintain quality, we apologize for the power outages and ons that occurred continuously in a short duration from PLN which caused our generator to automatically read to cover the electricity to also turn off and on so quickly, and reviewing your experience, of course we must improve it again. We will fix whatever your complaints are, starting from retraining all our employees at Hotel Santika Garut. Hopefully on another occasion we can provide a more optimal "Indonesian Home" service, so that you get the best #santikamoments at Hotel Santika Garut like other guests who stay at our hotel. we stayed on the long weekend of Eid al-Adha yesterday.. the hotel occupancy was probably almost 100%.. at night, the electricity went out several times for about 20 minutes. the taste of some of the food was very salty and nothing special, there was 1 restaurant staff who was enthusiastic in serving, but most of them were less caring.. the atmosphere in the room was helped by the smart TV, there wasn't much that could be done in the hotel..

The hotel is nice, especially the view. But unfortunately, yesterday I was stuck in the elevator with two children. I pressed the alarm button but no one responded at all. Thank God, in less than 2 minutes the elevator door slowly opened a little, only enough for 1 person, we took turns to get out of the elevator. Once we managed to get out of the elevator in the pitch black corridor. Even when we got to the room, the electricity kept going on and off. So it was a bit traumatic, I didn't dare to take the elevator while in Santika. It's better to get a little tired going up and down the stairs but it's safe.

Stay at Santika Garut to attend friend’s wedding. Check-in process went smooth and with extra bed requested the room prepared very quickly so we can settle in and rest. Very nice 🫰

Hotel with best view, you can see the mountain from your bedroom. Swimming pool with warm water is the best facility. And kids can play in the playground.
Unfortunately the gym facility is empty, they only have static bike, no other tools like treatmill and dumbell
