Actually this hotel can go forward and compete in the hotel industry of mataram city that has started popping up new hotel because of its strategic place, quiet, cheap, safe and comfortable. However, it is unfortunate for the human resources employed who are not very suitable to be called workers in the hospitality industry. For the room and cleanliness problem is standard with the price and included good category for backpacker like me.
