we are been relocated to Grand Mercure due the low season super fast check in and check out super helpful staff from the security that help us with the direction and parking, the f.o staff with communicative and clear information, the f&b staff that charming and super care with the kiddos, the polite gardener near the pool, and the engineering that escort us to the gym. will coming back again

booking at ibis, but because it just closed due to water treatment, the receptionist said that it was upgraded to grand mercure. thank god. the receptionist was very helpful in choosing a room because I booked 2 rooms for the kids, they were also friendly. the security guards were all friendly. the staff at the restaurant were also nice. access was very easy, close to the city. next time I go to jogja, I will stay here again

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The rooms were spacious, though not particularly special, but comfortable and soundproof. Close to Indomaret and Circle K, there's plenty of street food to choose from. Close to Ambarukmo Plaza.

Perhaps some people are confused by the hotel lobby because it's part of the Mercue Hotel, and the car park is also part of it.

The location is right behind the Grand Mercure hotel building and is still in the same group. This Ibis is the old version and is more affordable than Grand Mercure. The swimming pool is also the same, the breakfast area and menu are different. The rooms are comfortable, clean, only the bathroom is a bit slippery so be careful if you bring children. For breakfast, there are not many choices but the taste is quite good. The service is good and the parking area is also spacious because it is with Grand Mercure too

I ordered Ibis but when I was at the location I was upgraded to stay at Grand Mercure, because the lobby and swimming pool facilities when I stayed were one with Mercure.
Breakfast food was okay.
When I stayed, the AC in the room was not cold, but the hotel staff immediately looked for a change of room quickly. The hotel staff's response was very good and friendly

Even though the check-in was late, the room treatment was excellent. Clean and comfortable, the food was complete and delicious, only the soundproofing was lacking so that the screams of the children in the hallway could be heard in the room. Overall top and excellent service. Thank you.
