Good morning, The staff was very friendly and professional; always ready to help with a smile. The view from our 17th floor room, overlooking the lush green garden, was calming and refreshing. We had a bit of a check-in delay due to a reservation issue through the Traveloka app, which resulted in a 30-minute wait, even though it was already late. However, after the long wait, we received a free upgrade to a premium room. The effort was well worth it, and we felt special. Overall, our stay here was very satisfying, and I highly recommend this hotel for a staycation or vacation in Bandung. Thank you very much.

Room is huge, facility top notch.. Clean, spacious.. Swimming pool is warm, so can swim anytime when open (except if not weekend, hotel somehow turn off the water heater on changing room) Food okay, wide variety, taste good.. Kids indoor playground also ok, the outdoor a bit outdate, but indoor okay

Staying here was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly.

During my stay, there was a knocking noise from above. My husband asked the neighbors and they heard it too. I swear, it was so uncomfortable. It seemed like the knocker was insane. It made sleeping uncomfortable.

The service is really cool, From the moment I arrived, I was greeted, and my name was very well remembered by the greeter (forgot the name of the guy, who was a tall, skinny intern from Lombok), and Thomas every time I met him, as if I often stayed there. My dinner at the restaurant was also well served, when I wanted to go home I was still called by CS and offered additional drinking water, when I went home I was also escorted from the lobby to the car door...really cool.. I also often stay in several luxury hotels but never been as intimate as this.. But what we really regret is, when I had breakfast, asked for fried eggs and poached eggs, until I finished eating for 2 hours yesterday morning it still hadn't been served, even though the chef had asked which table I wanted to serve it to...and I've come twice but they said it wasn't ready yet... that's the only thing that's lacking So we give a rating of 9.7/10... because of the eggs 😊 Thank you
