Excellent location in a quiet side street, walking distance to all main attractions in the city center. Food from the restaurant is very good and affordable, with plenty other dining options close by. Ideal for business trips.

My 4th time staying here and 1st time post-pandemic. The service was still awesome, but they need to improve the cleanliness. Got my bedsheet changed because it smells like someone just smokes there. The hotel also reduced the amenities. No tissue in the room, just a small amount of thin and low-quality toilet paper. I know it’s pandemic, but please don’t lower your standard.

What we like about this hotel is the strategic location that near to many food and shopping destinations. You can reach Jl Riau, Jl Progo, (where you can find many cafes and shops) by walking. The room was clean, simple, although we can't open the window because there are many buildings (even a construction) in front of the window. Their soundproof was good, we can sleep comfortably at night. (I've been in a hotel with double the price, smaller room, but can't sleep at night because I could hear the sound from the room beside us and even the music in the lobby) They also have a good cafe in the lobby, the pasta and bakery were quite good and not expensive. But they need to improve their parking lot. If you can, park your car outside the hotel because the basement is so small and not easy to park a big car.

This hotel isn't big, and there's no swimming pool. For me, cleanliness and comfort are the most important things. Who would have thought, my choice was right. This hotel is soooooo clean, comfortable, and the decor is so detailed. This was my first stay at Ivory, and it was truly impressive and satisfying. Next time I go to Bandung, I'll be back at Ivory again❤️

- For the price, it's very good. I stayed in a family room. The room was spacious, the facilities and amenities were good. However, performing ablution was a bit difficult because there was no faucet; there was only a shower in the bathroom. - I managed to have the restaurant menu delivered to my room. The prices were quite affordable for cafe standards, the portions were quite large, and the taste was delicious. - The breakfast menu wasn't extensive, but the taste was very good (the yellow rice was delicious, the porridge was delicious, and the side dishes were delicious). - Parking is limited, and there's no elevator from the basement (a bit difficult for those with elderly people, as I happened to have one). There's no drop-off area in the lobby. - There are many small food stalls in the surrounding area, and many good cafes. So, in my opinion, this hotel is very good for those who want to go on a vacation on a moderate budget, not with elderly people. Even those without vehicles can easily walk around the hotel, and the hotel's location is quite close to public areas (malls, sports facilities, etc.). I hope my review helps.
