In the center of the city, so going anywhere is very near. Next to Ciputra World, and near to Pakuwon Mall. Surrounded by many restaurants. The food is good and there are many choices. From the room, we had a beautiful night view of Surabaya. The price was worth it for the service.

Overall, it's good. However, it might be better to coordinate with the security guards when the parking lot is full so guests don't have to worry about finding parking and going around in circles. The front desk could also be friendlier.

The dirty carpet in the room stuck to my clothes during prayer. I had already checked out and chosen a king size bed but instead I was given a twin bed put together. The front desk staff were not very friendly. We just didn't have time to take photos.
